Introduction : Bangladesh is a land of fruits. All kinds of people of this country are fond of fruits. Fruits of this country are very nutritious and delicious.
Where grown : Fruits grow in large quantity in Bangladesh. There are some fruit trees around every house. Fruits grow in the orchards both for domestic and business purposes.
The fruits : The mango is called the king of fruits. Mango grows well in Rajshahi, Chapai Nawabganj, Bogra and Dinajpur districts. The Langra is noted for its sweetness and taste. Besides, Gopalbhog, Himsagar, Harivanga, Fazli, Amrapali, bananas, pineapples, jackfruits, plums, guavas and blackberries are other fruits. Children like plums and guavas. The banana is very popular. The pineapple is another good fruit. The orange is a very delicious and sweet fruit. It is available in winter. Bananas grow all the year. The papaya is a digestive fruit. It acts as digestive enzyme.
Conclusion : Bangladesh produces the best kind of fruits. Her fertile land is suitable for the growing of the best kind of fruits.
