A proverb goes that a man without an aim is like a boat without a rudder. Similarly, a man without an aim cannot reach his goal. He suffers in his way of life. So everyman should have a definite aim. But nothing is more difficult than the choice of a profession. Students find it difficult to choice a suitable profession because there are many paths and courses open to them.
People of all are different to each other for their attitudes, choices and mentally behavior. These different people bear different aims. Some wants to be doctor, some wants to be engineers, some wants to high officers and others wants to be teachers and so on. I am a student of class VI; I also have a definite aim in my life. And My aim is to become a professional doctor. My parents and teachers have appreciated my choice of career.
There are many reasons to choose this type of profession. Thousands of our villagers die of various diseases without any medical facility. Our villages are the hot beds of diarrhea, dysentery and typhoid. Maladies like cholera and small pox take a heavy toll of life every year. But there is no practically qualified physician for these helpless villagers. There are a few quacks but they cannot serve them properly. Rather they extort money from the simple folks. So I have decided to serve the people of my village through this profession.
After two years I will appear at the JSC examination. I hope I will cut a good figure in all the examination. After JSC I will appear SSC and HSC examination. If I get good result I will admit myself in a Medical College. Getting MBBS degree I therefore decided to go abroad for studying medicine. After returning with appropriate qualification and training, I will settle down in our village home and set up a dispensary. Thus the mission of my life is to serve the suffering masses and struggling against death without any medical aid and treatment.
The importance of aim in life is bagger description. All the legends of the earth are very much conscious about their aim. The success of the life depends much on the proper choice of career. I belief I have chosen the right one. Now I have just kept my attention to my study and all the upcoming examination. Because at the time of making such a choice we should think about our strength and ability.
