We eat to live and to live we have to eat food. Without food we cannot live. Rice, fish and meat are our main food. Rice, wheat, bread, potatoes and pulse give us energy. We eat oil, ghee and butter- they also give us energy. We eat fish, meat, pulses, beans and eggs. They build our bodies. Fruits and vegetables protect us from diseases. So we should eat fruits and vegetables every day. All vitamins are found in milk. So we must drink milk daily. We require three good meals every day. They are breakfast, lunch and supper. A balanced food is good for health. So we should eat balanced food. Food keeps us strong and healthy. If we do not eat food we will become sick and cannot perform our work well.
